Noetix Standard Support
Noetix Standard Support provides Noetix customers with software upgrades and maintenance releases. In addition, Standard Support customers receive access to the Noetix Online Knowledge Base, with web-based and telephone access to Noetix Support Engineers during the standard business week (Monday-Friday).
Noetix Premium Support
For Noetix customers with worldwide staff supporting your reporting environment, or for those with mission-critical reporting operations, Noetix Premium Support is ideal to more fully cover support issues. In addition to software upgrades, Noetix Premium Support provides comprehensive technical support, extending the hours of support and service to include nights and weekends.
