Noetix offers many benefits that set the company apart and make it a great place to work. For example, Noetix has a Corporate Wellness Program that provides information on exercise tips, recipes, and Lunch and Learns on health, and it hosts Wellness Fairs for employees where vendors and medical experts provide education and information on various topics. The last event featured information on Hypnotherapy, Acupuncture, Sleep Improvement, and Life & Wellness Coaching, as well as first-aid resources, free chair massages, and blood pressure checks. The Noetix intranet includes an area dedicated to the Wellness Program, featuring the best walking routes to and from the office, recipes, and tips on stress reduction.

Noetix employees are invited to participate in an array of committees, which greatly enhance the corporate culture. There is a Charitable Contributions Committee, responsible for dispersing company funds allocated for charity; a Green Committee, charged with improving recycling and waste reduction efforts (at work, at home, and in the community); and an Events Committee, which coordinates everything from fun interactive team-building events to holiday celebrations.

"Our philosophy is to support the 'whole' employee—professionally, personally, and their interests within the community," said CEO Morris Beton. "Noetix employees consistently give us their best and we strive to create an environment that will keep them inspired and motivated."
