On any given day when you walk down the halls at Noetix you’ll find employees from all facets of the company engaged in conversation, whether it’s about the Seattle Mariners, recent movie releases or Oracle's future business intelligence strategies. Foosball has turned into a competitive sport at Noetix, and Xbox tournaments are the norm. An Events Committee coordinates monthly employee activities designed to foster communication among different departments. Whether it’s the annual Halloween pumpkin-carving contest, or the car wash to benefit Katrina survivors, the events encourage teamwork and provide the ability to forge new relationships.
Noetix provides a fun and casual work environment by maintaining the energy of a startup, while also providing our employees with the long-term stability of software that is an integral part of the reporting strategy for 1,500 customers and 18 years of continuous growth in the BI industry.
The Leadership team strives to maintain the company culture throughout our offices – whether at headquarters, in the UK or in India. Monthly all-employee Company meetings keep everyone informed from the financials, to new business and engineering projects. These meetings are informal and very interactive. In fact, it’s not uncommon for our CEO to test his stand-up routine.
