Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plans:
Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance is available to all eligible employees and their dependents including domestic partners. Full-time regular employees who are hired between the 1st through the 5th are eligible for benefits on the date of hire and for those hired after the 6th are eligible the first day of the month following their date of hire. Medical insurance is provided by the
Premera Blue Shield Network, Dental insurance is provided by
Washington Delta Dental and our Vision insurance is provided by
VSP.
Short Term, Long Term Disability, Life Insurance Plans:
In the event of an injury, sickness or pregnancy, Short-term and Long-term disability benefits, provided by
Assurant Insurance, will pay employees 60% of their annual income. Short-term benefits for accidents have no waiting period and for illnesses there is a 7 day waiting period with benefit duration up to 13 weeks. For long-term benefits the waiting period is 90 consecutive days. There is no cost to the employee for these benefits.
Noetix provides all eligible employees with Group Term Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage. Assurant provides $50,000 per employee for each benefit. There is no cost to the employee for these benefits. Additional Voluntary life insurance may be purchased through Assurant at competitive group rates.
401(k) Retirement & Savings Plan:
All full-time and part-time regular employees can participate in the 401(k) plan the first day of the month coinciding with your date of hire or following the date you attain 21 years of age. Noetix currently provides discretionary matches based on participation and time of entry into the plan.
Health Care and Dependent Care Reimbursement Plans:
Noetix offers reimbursement plans, through
Flex Plan Services, for eligible health care and dependent care expenses using pre-taxed dollars. Full-time regular employees who are hired between the 1st through the 5th are eligible to participate on the date of hire and for those hired after the 6th are eligible the first day of the month following their date of hire.
Employee Assistance Program:
First Choice Health provides short-term, confidential counseling services in collaboration with Noetix’s health insurer for our employees and their families for the first three visits. This service provides prompt, convenient, accessible counseling and a toll-free 24-hour service number for a variety of topics such as: depression, legal concerns, stress and workplace management and financial concerns.
Stock Option Grants:
Periodically, employees are offered stock option grants based on business requirements and market conditions. The share price is established on the day the Board of Directors approve the option grants, typically on a quarterly basis. There is a 4-year vesting schedule with a 12-month cliff for these shares.
Training and Education:
Noetix is committed to the professional development and continuous improvement of its employees. In addition to on-the-job training, upon managerial and Human Resources approval employees may participate in a number of in-house training seminars, individual workshops, and certification programs.
Tuition Reimbursement:
Upon managerial and Human Resources approval, Noetix offers tuition reimbursement to all eligible employees who strive to improve their knowledge in job or career-related areas by pursing educational opportunities. To be eligible for reimbursement, employees must provide evidence of satisfactory course completion. All up-front costs are the employee’s responsibility.
Employee Referral Plan:
Noetix is always looking for more talented, dynamic, and driven people to join our staff. We offer up to $5000.00 (based on job requirements) per referral to the referring employee within 30 days after referred candidate’s start date.
Time away from work: Vacation, Sick and Floating Holidays
Our vacation, sick and floating holiday benefit is intended to provide employees with period of time away from work for relaxation, recreation, personal business, or your own or family member's illness without loss of pay or benefits. With this in mind, Noetix provides a very generous time away from work schedule for all regular full-time employees and regular part-time employees scheduled to work at least 32 hours per week. Temporary and/or part-time employees and interns are not eligible to accrue this benefit. Accrual of this benefit begins with the employee’s first day of employment. The amount of this benefit an employee accrues depends on the length of service and the number of hours an employee is scheduled to work.
Holidays:
Noetix offers paid time off for the following 8 fixed holidays per year in addition to the accrued vacation, sick and floating holiday benefit: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and the Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
